We at The High-3 Club want to support the most promising teams and Web3 game projects that present both strong value propositions and the capability to pull them off. We also love supporting projects that make a positive impact on Web3. High Fund is a DAO-driven investment platform that provides The High-3 Club members with the opportunity to participate in early-stage Web3 investments (especially games) like deal terms as the world's leading venture capital funds to maximize ROI for platform members. Members can collaborate on investment decisions and benefit from the club’s research and due diligence processes.

A portion of the primary sales of the platform’s NFT will be deposited in The High-3 Club’s Investment Treasury. Investment Treasury is designed to be under the direct influence of all NFT holders. This means a community-controlled and decentralized collaborative decision-making mechanism for funding and investing in Web3 projects.

With skilled scouts and researchers trained by experts in The High-3 Club, the team is confident in its ability to spot promising projects long before they are discovered by the public. However, this DAO doesn’t intend to invest in early-stage projects based on luck or guesswork. Instead, The High-3 Club aims to use the knowledge and experience of its experts to provide advice and consulting support, helping to maximize the potential of the projects it invests in.

The High-3 Club scouts will identify projects they believe are strong investment opportunities and will negotiate with those projects to finalize an investment deal. Once selected, these projects are announced and presented to club members through the High Fund channels as potential investment options. Members who hold The High-3 Club’s NFT will then vote on how much of the Investment treasury should be invested in each project.

The share of the profit from the investment will be divided between the NFT holders after exiting from that project if the investment makes a profit.

If members wish to invest in the projects privately, they will have access to the investment details and a full investment report to help them conduct their own research and due diligence. The platform will then whitelist them separately for these projects.
